The special wire mesh type URSUS 160/23/15 is used in the fences of medium height type B (Y/160) of national roads and not only. It is a wire mesh of rectangular holes which has a height of 1.60 m & a length of 100 m / R . It consists of 16 intervals of 5cm in its lower part, then 3 intervals of 10cm, then 2 intervals of 15cm and finally in its upper part an interval of 20cm. This type of mesh prevents small animals from passing through due to the small hole at the bottom.
